a general rule i've always seen is the BPO is abotu 10x the price of the ship. Dependign on the ship Tier 2 BC's are gonan be abotu 40-50mill and tier 3 BS's abotu 150-160. obviously there will be abotu 5-10% markup to cover broker tax and work ...

maybe they could alter the cap bonus thing in the crystals. like with the high power crystals u get -50% rnage and 0 +/- to cap usage but on sum u get like -35% to the cap usage so mayeb if they alter them a bit so it gets a bit less cap used each...
